Fine Round Cribs - Wheelchair Accessible -
My name is Matt Kathain and I am the owner of Fine Round Cribs. I hand make custom round baby cribs for able families, as well as a modified version that can work well for parents in wheel chairs, or that can walk but experience a problem bending. The cribs are made with raised legs and the person in the wheel chair can roll forward enough that the wheels go under the crib, open the double swinging doors then reach in to get the baby. If you please take a look at the web site link that I have supplied you will see some very good pictures demonstrating the crib in use. Operation Special Delivery -

Operation Special Delivery (or OSD) provides volunteer doulas for pregnant women whose husbands or partners are deployed at the time that they are due to give birth.

What is a doula?  A doula is specially trained to give informational, emotional, and physical support to women during childbirth.  A doula does not perform medical tasks, but is trained to provide uninterrupted support to a mother in labor.

Why military moms?  Because OSD believes that no one should give birth without support, especially the women who are giving birth while these fathers are making such a great sacrifice for our country and our freedom.  We just want to try to give back in appreciation.

Deployed Family Support - We have identified a need to provide a network of assistance to those who do not know where to turn, or who to turn to. Although many families have great support systems in place, there are too many families that are not as fortunate. In response to this need, a group called "Deployed Family Support" was established.
